New Position : Yes Employment Type : Full Time Experience Required : 3 - 5 years Degree Required : None Required Travel Required : +50% Job Description : The DataPower Security Consultant (DSC) in Application Innovation Services works with clients to architect secure solutions that address Web Services security and privacy requirements. The DSC will manage relationships, lead engagements focused on client designs & applications to identify security vulnerabilities and develop recommendations to address security needs. The DSC uses their skills to provide advice, guidance and support to clients in implementing the recommendations. This position requires experience with DataPower. Preferred candidates will have 5+ years experience in security consulting and have demonstrated experience as an engagement manager. Experience with SOA (service oriented architecture), web services, application security and Tivoli products will be considered a plus. As the majority of our work is performed at client sites, 80-100% travel will be required and candidates must live near major metropolitan airports. Candidate Must Have : DataPower, Layer 7 Technologies, Reactivity, Xtradyne, or Vordel 5+ years experience in security consulting experience as an engagement manager
